FOCC

Friends of the Children of Cambodia

The Friends of the Children of Cambodia is a registered non-profit corporation that supports a children's home in Cambodia called the Cambodian Children's House of Peace (CCHP). Currently, 30 children between the ages of 10-18 reside at  CCHP, which provides food, shelter, clothing, school and English language education, health care, recreation, arts and most other things that children need to grow and develop into productive citizens of their country.

FOCC was founded in 2007 by David J. Biviano, Ph.D., as a non-profit charity in Washington State, USA, and is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, IRS EIN number 26-1300905. (Click here for the By-Laws).

CCHP is a Local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered with The Royal Government of Cambodia, No. 294/SorChorNor, dated 12 December 2008.

FOCC receives all online donations, bank transfers, and checks, and disburses the funds to CCHP through a bank account owned by CCHP.  Cash donations made at CCHP by visitors and dance guests are deposited directly into the CCHP account

There is no office, staff, or expenses associated with FOCC, which consists of an all-volunteer Board and Executive Director, and 100% of funds received in the FOCC account are transfered to CCHP, less bank transfer fees.

100% of the funds received by CCHP are used to support the project at the children's home.  Accountability for both organizations can be found at these links:
